Thank goodness. The park is finally putting it out of its misery.

If it is replaced (at this point I'm not going to believe it until it happens), it will be just as....saucy as Fiends. The park found a hit with the more mature stuff.
This shouldn't really come as a surprise, Fiends replaced Monster Stomp Revamped, one of the most popular HOS shows ever. I still think there is a chance it could return to Das Festhaus as this year the park definitely showed that there not going the kid friendly route, or at least in my opinion.
I wouldn't at all be surprised to see the naughty nurses return for whatever show they replace it with.
I know it was only a half serious comment, but I don't think they would want to move monster stomp with the heavy technical aspects of it. Easier to keep the status quo. Plus if they do bring back the naughty nurses, they should be a little farther away than the entrance to the park... Which is where they'd be if they put a new show with them in the globe.

I don't see how they could say "After 13 years of production", Fiends wasn't even the same show as Fiends in the Festhaus. The only time it was, was 2011. >__> And even then the nurses were a massive change.

The park sent out an email to promote the final weekend, they mentioned it would not be returning in that.
Tampa can't seem to get rid of the show. Their variation is more or less still Fiends in the Festhaus with added pop culture references. This year however, it almost seemed like they were making fun of how it has overstayed its welcome.
I honestly feel bad for Tampa because of their version of Fiends, and how long its been around. It makes me glad for the version we currently have. Not that I would say it's more or less Fiends in the Festhaus, considering it takes place at a school and it's main focus wasn't on creating life. Outside of Igor wanting to put his dick in everything that has two legs.
Tampa's version makes me far more uncomfortable than ours. But ours is still terrible.

I can confirm....from Carl himself...that yes Fiends is coming back next year....that email they sent out is in error.

Honestly, we never know if shows will come back until the season arrives. The park changes it mind all the time.

Carl isn't the most reliable source, also. He's been wrong before. Multiple times, actually.
Not to mention he told us in person this was the last year. But, if they don't have anything waiting in the wings then they may have to run it another season to give them time to plan a replacement.
