It happens almost daily in YouTube. It depends on the copyright holder and how aggressive they are. Basically, YouTube simply deletes the violator's post if the owner complains. I've even had a few deleted over the years..mostly music beds in videos. They send an email of the complaint, that they're deleting the post and avenues of recourse if you think they're wrong.Again, can't disagree - but what happens if a guest does it?
Could a guest recording violate the license terms, and would either the park or the licensing organization (composer or whomever owns the rights) go after said guest?
Now, if they tried to sell it...that's a whole new can of worms.
