It definitely appears that staff has been told to wear mask while indoors. But as noted before enforcement even with staff only is none existent half have them on correctly with about 40% of them either not over there nose or completely down around their chins and the rest just not wearing them. Outside staff do not seem to be effected as I have yet to see more then a handful wearing them.
Same signage at Water Country today, and even saw a couple of folks try to enter Hubba Hubba Highway with masks on, which was quickly rectified by a lifeguard.
saw the 2pm celtic fyre show in ireland today. all the performers were wearing a mask except for one of the male dancers.
The masks indoors thing doesn't apply well to BGW anyway. Other than the recently brought back indoor shows at theaters, almost every indoor space at BGW is consistently open to outdoor airflow on a scale significant enough to keep the air inside the buildings relatively refreshed. Festhaus is probably the only exception to this I can think of because of the sheer size of the indoor space, but even then, 90% of the individuals in the building are sitting and eating, an activity that you can't mask up for anyway.
I appreciate the gesture, but I see this as more as a thing to look like they care, since the actual effectiveness is extremely trivial. Perhaps the one area this has merit is the Abbey Stone/Globe which would make sense if the sign was there, but park-wide it seems more like a PR move.

Listened to Governor Northam's video press conference. Readers Digest summary here
So far he's announced that all state employees must be vaccinated by Sept 1. If not they will have to be tested once a week. He's also pushing for more people to get vaccinated especially the skeptical ones and giving the current vaccination rates. Absolutely no mention about implementing mask wearing again at all. He did finally mention masks after being asked a question on them. He said that masks work along with the other preventative measures and the vaccines. The only other mask reference was for the state following the CDC guidance for kids in school after a question on it. Conference ended.
So for now nothing has changed but we'll all have to be vigilant with that damn Delta variant causing havoc.

SEAS made a record $82 million last quarter, $12 mil and $23mil more than SF and CF respectively last quarter. Explains the rides being closed which we knew, but does it explain why everything else is lagging behind, like the sky ride and others.

Any rumblings of Busch requiring proof of vaccination in the near future?
If the local governments require it of SEAS parks, yes. If all the other chains do it, SEAS will think about it—don't expect them to be a early movers.
Not sure if the below is due to requirements for masks, vaccinations, and/or both, but this is something to keep an eye on...
