Thanks for the info, all. I think the crowd today was lighter than BG expected. When we left at 7, the Italy lot was only 1/3 full. And around 4, I was in a retail shop and a supervisor came in and told two employees to go home early.
The crowd was almost non-existent until it started getting dark. I got there early and did all three legs of the skyride, got pictures taken with Frosty and Santa, rode the carousel, grabbed a snack, and did some shopping in less than 30 minutes. Guess people really did use all those discount tickets already.

I'd say 'Twas that Night was my favorite attraction this year. I know some people may not have had their socks knocked off by it, but ever since I first saw the show, it just "clicked" with me. And after doing extensive research on it, I have a greater appreciation for the professionalism of the cast, and the people who put the show together.

Anyways, I had an excellent final weekend of Christmas Town today and yesterday, crowds were moderate, weather was great and the energy in the casts of all the shows was extremely exuberant, I was happy to support all of them. I can't wait to see what Christmas Town will have in store later this year.(I would say next year, but it's January 3rd :/)

It's a hard question but I am going to have to go with Twas the Night despite the hiccups early on I really liked what they did with the show and thought that it just kept getting better and better as the season went on.

I'm going to say Alpengeist. Something about rocketing through the trees in the bitter cold, with glimpses at all the pretty lights, just made the ride exponentially more fun. The short lines helped, too. Wish Alpengeist was part of the regular CT lineup.

I'd put Scrooge No More at a close second. It was almost every bit as good as last year, which was a surprise considering how much the park loves to tinker with (ruin!) their shows. Scrooge No More is such a powerful production, and I think it maintained that sense of mastery into its second season.

I definitely think the volume could be decreased, but it still needs to be audible at all times. After visiting some other events this winter(Like SWO and BGT's Christmas Town) the lack of audible music in a lot of places really detracted from the event as a whole, not to mention the soundtracks were all generic crap.
