B&M hasn't made a stand up coaster in ages, Tampa is getting an Itamin(with the 4 sided track, only seen in strata coasters and inverts that I know of, I'm almost sure that there is another coaster that I have no idea of that uses this track style), and there is a rumor that the manufacturer will be German. Overall, chances of a stand-up are very slim.
This is also in the realm of super speculative. Busch is in a similar spot with Alton Towers(a strange name for a place with no rides above tree level). They have trouble passing of a ride that is visible from far away. So a ride above the 260 mark is hard to get by. What if they extended the ride below ground. This would make the ride "vanish" on it's way down. Now that I have said that, I will say that it WILL NOT happen. The terrain and the logistics involved do not make business sense.
Is it just me or am I the only one that uses the term business sense in this forum.
