Xtreme SkyFlyer is (Almost Certainly?) Permanently Closed

I’d probably sunset hopes on a Railblazer location. Apparently the entire track is welded together per the Drunk Riders so probably not feasible to see a relocation.

Maybe? Although these rides are meant to be budget options so who knows?

As @Xenite reported previously (here), the park has been training staff on many weekends throughout the spring. But here on Memorial Day weekend, the SkyFlyer is actually open to guests again.



So just in case it does close, make sure to get some rides on it (where I know I will be).

Xtreme Skyflyer is not on the app and I checked the website and when clicking on the link it redirects to the rides and attractions page, exactly how it happened with all the rides already removed. I think it might be truly dead this time.

Would be deeply weird if they just suddenly closed it in the middle of the season, but given recent behavior, who knows.

Still won't be sad to see it go, just a super weird sequence of events so far.

I almost wonder if they have some larger plan for the spot? Like maybe they opened it for a few weeks for a last hurrah and then closed so they have time to clear the area?

It is indeed strange to only open it for a couple weeks given how long it takes to get certified for employees to operate. I believe It isn't through IROC, but SkyCoaster themselves.

ok, sorry for causing another freaking drama/backlash over my opinions. I just wanna know

anyways, if xtreme skyflyer has to be removed, its better be sooner than later, and if the ride gets replaced, I like to see a new path way combining the old go karts area (maybe 1 and 2 flat rides in its place?)

The safety sign is completely gone post and all, this shit is dead. No demo permit yet but I imagine they’ll wait till they’re actually ready to demolish it

It was still on the map (not labeled of course) but they seem to have taken it off this week and replaced it with grass. I wonder if they’ll demolish it before weekday operations or just leave it standing for now.
