The center tower is already lower than that first pic according to them. They will probably have the whole tower down before the day is out.

It’s seriously nuts how quickly this thing has been cleared out. Makes me think 2020 will feature something big.

The teaser hints at 2021. Think it’s too late to put anything there right now since there is still a lot of clearing needed to be done.

Either it hints at 2021, or the number of lines was just coincidence with some bad art design tossed in. I'm leaning toward the latter now.

Because why else would they put 21 notches when it doesn’t line up with the text

Low key can you stop being so cynical for once?

It does line up, though. It lines up with the text in the top line. I think it's just bad art design.

Maybe so but it's still very possible it could mean 2021, which seems more likely considering that the KD isn't in line for a big investment this year.

As a graphic designer myself,

Generally when you go to tease something, the detail is subtle, but not subtle enough to where the general populace can easily skim over it. With there being 21 stripes on the poster, while it COULD mean that there's something coming in 2021, it's a detail that most would overlook. Hell, I know I overlooked it until someone mentioned it because in a theme park environment, no one is going to stand there and count each individual stripe to point out a pattern except for high-key theme park junkies... aka a rather large minority when compared to the general populace.

tl;dr it could be a hint, but it's more than likely just some mediocre graphic design.

Yo, this thread is for the discussion of the removal of Volcano. Not what's replacing it.

I'll take the bullet for that one, I should've posted my comment in the other thread... but it looks like both Volcano threads are spiraling as of late.

Just wondering but how have other rides lines been this season without volcano? Haven’t been able to get to the park yet but would assume volcano’s closure would add some wait time to rides elsewhere in the park (probably if at all during peak season in the summer).

Skepticism, especially in the face of dubious evidence is always good. Anything else is just bad intel analysis at best and bad science at worst. (spoiler facts don't care how you feel)

I'm more upset that it's leaving because it was Unique. I thought the actual ride was just ok.... First two launches were great but after the first inversion it was just repetitive turns and uninteresting Barrel rolls. Plus, I thought the ride had an annoying amount of Head Banging. F for a very unique ride though.

What a dump!!! ?

The park has been closed since the last photos were taken. I don't believe I'll be able to get out there Friday morning either so hopefully someone else can pick up the slack.
