Thanks! To be honest with you, I had a lot of trouble at certain points figuring out what on earth she was saying. I actually had to just make an educated guess at one point for one word, basing it on what would make sense. Google Translate came in handy to make sure I knew what she was saying was right, sometimes. If anyone notices any mistakes in what she says, please let me know! Thanks! :)

After reading multiple threads pertaining to Verbolten (including the construction thread, the announcement thread, the pre-announcement thread, and the current attraction thread), it's come to my attention that some people, for some crazy reason, were upset about how Verbolten's sports car/Autobahn theming is too "modern" and complained that Verbolten ruined the "Old Country" feel of a Busch Gardens of long ago. For that reason, on a recent trip to the park, I whipped out the ol' FlipShare camcorder and started trying to find different ways to show the old, dusty charm of the park that still lives on in Verbolten. I tried to show the old, classic theming, shots that were reminiscent of the Wolf, and tried to take shots from angles that showed the ride well-forested, deep within the woods. I put everything together (in black-and-white for the old-timey effect) and put it to some classical music that is strangely similar to the music played in England, and tried to show how the Old Country is still alive in our beloved park. It might be a stretch, but I figured, with all the crazy things going on today, we could use a little something to remind us that the park we love is still alive!

Feel free to like and critique as you'd like. I realize now I probably put to many shots of the cars leaving the station, but I needed them so the timing with the music would work out. I hope this helps show that there is still a bit of hope in the park, and that the past is still there today! To quote Gerta, "Oh, I hope you love it!!" :)

It kept starting then stopping on the same brake section at the end. I was watching them do some testing and the green train was sitting outside the station. Then comes along the yellow train, and it stops immediately at the end of the brake section, despite the fact that the block in front of it was unoccupied. It's also worth noting that the red train wasn't running today so it's most likely a "ghost train" issue.

Seriously, it is only one major issue in what a year, or just about? I'm sure other coasters experience one major issue every so often.

But I am all for a @MachTowerStatus

Will it be operating well in the next few weeks because I'm going to Busch Gardens and haven't been in forever. I really REALLY wanted to go on this because of the theme and the uniqueness of the ride.

Rode this a couple times yesterday, once in the front and once in the back. Holy heck this thing is getting rough. I had a headache for a few minutes after each ride. Maybe i'm spoiled by all the B&Ms.

Verbolten with 3 trains and only loading one train is a nightmare. Hour and a half wait. Soo bad.

We experienced the same thing last week with loading just one side and huge lines. I'm not in the know, but I didn't see any obvious issues. To us, it seemed budget related by reducing the crew. It looks like it might become the norm rather than the exception. Perceiving this as budget related, this will not be a ride we will wait through lines like that to ride.

^ Plus this.

From what I could see, the wheels aren't concave to the track like B&M's wheels are and the upstops hang a few inches under the track. Not sure if the guides are a few inches off, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Extremely zoomed in picture so sorry for the quality, but it should show that the upstop wheels are touching the track... at least at this point in time for the yellow train.

You can see in the second set of wheels from the left, that the vertical wheels don't firmly "hug" the track. I wonder what the reason for that is. I agree, it is getting very rough.
