Verbolten is an indoor/outdoor ZIERER Elevated Seating Coaster that features a Vertical Drop Element. It officially opened in mid-May 2012 on the site formally occupied by the Arrow Suspended Coaster, Big Bad Wolf.

Intresting.. I feel like I wouldn't want headlights on in the show building though
The headlights are more for spectators than riders honestly. I had a ride with them on a couple of months ago (maybe years ago?) and they didn't really change it one way or the other

Yes they did go off and on, I sat in the front row a few times and remember them turning off. And yes it was cool to seem them off ride, the lights shining through the trees and the view from the bridge as the train came down the drop and disappearing through the woods and reappearing at the top of the hill before entering the station it was quite the site.
 
During today’s member event Kevin said Verbolten was experiencing mechanical issues that will take “weeks” to fix.
I keep seeing comments on FB that it’s related to the dropping mechanism, curious if anyone has heard the same from their sources?
