Sounds perfect as a starter/intermediate coaster for kids, and the long lines the first couple of months should make for shorter lines at some of the other coasters. I'm all for shorter lines at Apollo

I am leaving for Busch in about 30 minutes! EXTREMELY excited that Verbolten will be open! I just hope it will stay open all night!

Any word on if they have it open the rest of the evening? I know they may close it off and on, but are they planning on trying to run it the rest of the day?

All I know (and probably anyone else knows) is that it's open right now. Going to the park to ride it will be a gamble. When I hear that they've closed it, I'll let you all know. Sounds like it's going solid right now. Also, the main site post has been updated with more details from Atlantis's second ride.

By the way, a huge thanks to Atlantis for all of the coverage. Give him rep!

From what I was told, it's open. Should be running normal operating hours from now on. (Barring breakdowns or issues of course)

Thanks for the info, and thanks to Atlantis for the ride reports. I hope to convince my wife and kids to go up there for an hour or two after work. If its still open that will be great. If not, at least I can wear the kids out a little.
