Strobe lights, Black Lights, and Fog? Man, there better be something better than this. There should be some dramatic lighting in here or something. If this thing can't top FOF we have a problem.

omgomgomg.....i....i....i can't take this thread any longer...

Sorry, lol. I haven't really been following Verbolten, so I'm probably one of the dumber people in this thread :p

wait.......weren't the walls of Verbolten painted with a speical glow in the dark paint?

Yeah there are some areas that will make use of black lights, but you can still use other lights and not interfere with the black light effect.

RE: Verbolten

Yes they have at least 2 trains on site, we had pictures of a green and red one. I think someone talked about a blue one being on site but there was no picture or evidence other than their reputation and the truth that lays behind their statement.

RE: Verbolten

I know how to make this thread less boring: how about we keep making posts about how boring it is, yeah, that should work.

RE: Verbolten

For everyone saying that 90seconds is way too short for a launch coaster with multiple MCBRs, I give you this gem which has a launch, a second lift hill, and a MCBR that's about 80seconds or so.

Case in point, it's a good length that will be perfectly fine and is, additionally, totally reasonable.

RE: Verbolten

I like longer rides myself, especially when it has a small show tossed in the middle. Also don't mind rides around 90 seconds either. Not all multilaunch coasters have shows either and that's why they last around 90 seconds. The another good example to show is Maverick at Cedar Point which is multilaunch as well.

I still think that they are going to do some sort show that may run around 10 seconds or so, since Busch is centering everything around the event building itself and I think it may last between 105 to 120 seconds.

This is how, I think the trains will be spaced. One train heading to the event building, one at the drop, one in the safety breaks and two in the station loading and unloading.

RE: Verbolten

So what do you think they will be running opening day then? Would they run all 5 and if so, what is the distance between the trains that is needed. I would think one in the event building at a time.

^than why waste money on five trains? anyway hopefully the popularity won't die down because every time i went before bbw was taken out the lines were always decent or long.

RE: Verbolten

Well, with the popularity, expect lines to be super long, once popularity dies down, lines will get to decent. They will probably try to run all 5 trains on the super busy days, like 4th of July, Memorial Day weekend, HoS Saturdays, etc.

RE: Verbolten

I was providing how they space the trains based on design that we know, but I also think that they will be using at least four trains on a normal day, since the trains only carry 16 riders at a time.

I said NO LESS than 3 trains... this is so they don't send send all of the trains out with only 4 people on each because they are moving faster than people can ride... They will still be running 5 trains most of the time, but when the park is not as busy, they will not run as many trains
