RE: Verbolten

Well if they are opening an hour early for Spring Break, which hasn't happened recently in the past 3 or so years (can someone double check that?) Why open that early and why now? Perhaps they plan to open Verbolten on Spring Break. The hour early opening could help with crowd control sorta?

RE: Verbolten

^ That was probably inserted to make the piece sound more professional. Everything has been designed for a while now.

RE: Verbolten

But here's something I could never figure out, and have had no help figuring out with the last bit of pics we saw before closing: Will the station at all be recognizable as the BBW station, especially around the queue line where the new stuff (office) is going? It doesn't look like in those pictures that they are doing much to the outside of the building, just adding and remodeling the inside....I know I must not be looking at the big picture correctly, but could someone explain this?

RE: Verbolten

There's quite a lot being done to the front of the station- don't know about the back portions though.

RE: Verbolten

You should still have the stairway. Outside of that it more than likely will be completely different. The pictures show how skeletal it is.

RE: Verbolten

By the way, if anyone cares, I'm doing an extremely detailed and accurate recreation on NL. Can't quite do the drop track, but so far it's going well! That's all I have to say (being that this technically isn't the right forum to be talking about that on).

RE: Verbolten

^Started the thread here. Please check it out!

Back on topic though... Anyone wanna take a guess at what the so called "marketing team" will do next for advertising Verbolten?

RE: Verbolten

Does anyone think that the reason for the bad marketing is beacause this is the first roller coaster for BGW since backstone took over? Just a thought.
