You have the right idea. From what I saw in that video (the non animated part) you see flat plate at the top of the cross member that the drop track lift hits. But, it's hard to see if this is part of the catch for the drop track lift.evanthecoasterlover said:if you look at the animated video of the drop track it shows a "catch car" lowering once the track was locked into place so im guessing this is how its going to work starting from the down position. the motors are going to turn the catch car is going to hit the drop track lift it up then the track will lock into place with something. then the catch car moves back down with the track still in the air. then once the train hits to sensor or whatever the locks release starting the free fall and train moves forward launch and repeat.
