Obviously can't speak to quality or value, but honestly, both thematically and variety-wise, this is a big win in my opinion. Good on whoever spearheaded this addition!
I can! The salmon is actually pretty decentObviously can't speak to quality or value, but honestly, both thematically and variety-wise, this is a big win in my opinion. Good on whoever spearheaded this addition!
It’s sad to say, but after today I doubt I go out of my way to eat at Trappers anymore. It’s just not even close to the quality it was back in the early 2000s and it’s way more expensive. Plus with Buc-ee’s opening on 64 on the way to the park from Richmond? Yeah definitely see my in park spending going down on food.
Buc-ees is at least three years out. Hopefully Trapper's will improve in the interim. Till then...Pierce's.It’s sad to say, but after today I doubt I go out of my way to eat at Trappers anymore. Pierces is madly overated imo. Dry thick pulled pork. Bubba and franks is the best around imo just not near BuschToo bad it'll be a few years before it's opened, plus it's not like Pierce's is already close by
Take this with a grain of salt of course but the cashier and serving lady both separately told me that salmon is going away (not replaced, just removed) permanently around spring break.
I agree about Pierces being overrated, however, County Grill is definitely the best around.Pierces is madly overated imo. Dry thick pulled pork. Bubba and franks is the best around imo just not near Busch
Trappers Smokehouse opened in 2003Did Trappers open with the park, or did it replace another food stand?
I love the brisket. I wish you could get just a brisket meal without having to get the dry chicken.Ate at Trapper's on Saturday and it was honestly pretty good. Can't really go wrong with brisket.
