I assume Trapper's will receive a beer serving location like what Marco Polo and the Festhaus have.
No other location lost beer. They just also removed the draught beer from here in addition to changing the fountain beverages to self serve. They still offered beer in a bottle.what other locations lost beer?

I just had-at 2:30 in the afternoon-the best ribs I've ever had from the smokehouse. And the worst, driest, chewy chicken.
Consistency! ?![]()
They were already losing so much money by being open yesterday, giving sauce like that is the least of their concerns. So after the discussion on bbq sauce recently tonight I went with plans of asking for either the “drizzle” or “brush” as so many had said is how it’s suppose to be. Well we get to Trappers and are the only people there, I ask for the brisket and before even asking she says “would you like sauce?”. She loaded me up and it w
as the best brisket i’ve had all season! Kinda makes me wonder if someone somewhere saw the conversation about sauce this week. View attachment 18639
I wouldn't be so quick to say that they were losing money by being open there last night. They may not have made a lot but traditionally BGW is really good at closing down locations that aren't going to take money that day. They were already losing so much money by being open yesterday, giving sauce like that is the least of their concerns.
That's neat though, hope they keep doing it.
This explains why No'Tator's is always closed. Potatoes too expensive.I wouldn't be so quick to say that they were losing money by being open there last night. They may not have made a lot but traditionally BGW is really good at closing down locations that aren't going to take money that day.
There was a discussion recently about the sauce and being charged for it. Aparently them putting sauce on the meat is how it suppose to be done so they werent just giving it away. They were already losing so much money by being open yesterday, giving sauce like that is the least of their concerns.

Fun fact, the smokehouse loses money on more days than not, but still makes a net profit by the end of the year in thanks to near-capacity days in HOS and CTown.I wouldn't be so quick to say that they were losing money by being open there last night. Have you not eaten at the Festhaus lately. When you stand in line to pay for 10 minutes your food will be cold there too.I hate eating at Trappers this time of year. Just doesn't stay arm enough inside. And smoked chicken/turkey is a perfect for holidays. I wish they could make it and put one Festhaus line dedicated to Trappers cooking so we can enjoy it indoors where it won't lose it's warmth so fast.
