Funny- I was just replying to this same thing on the Facebook thread. One thing for sure, everyone looks like they are having a great time! I would love to see all the photos taken that day.

Again, I have no idea why the park would dislike the forums. This is a group of a real dedicated fan base that ultimately loves the park so much that we talk about it here for hours. Or in my case, a whole week of my life apparently.

What has been said here in any "negative light" on the park is nothing compared to what various guests have ranted about on the park's own Facebook Page. Overall, "most" of the opinions expressed here have been out of appreciation of the park; both good and bad.

I for one, am glad the park reads the forums on a regular basis; even if they do not admit to it.

I thought they just got mad when the Verbolten plans leaked and chris/zach wouldn't take them down. Been in the dog house ever since.

Nope, from what I understand, the reason we were in the doghouse happened before the bolt leaks.

Yup, well before. Anyway, we should probably move the thread back on topic a bit.

They should just open it to regular queue. The extended and regular added together is probably still shorter that Verbolten's.

^I'm more in shock at how little trees are around there! It looks very different without all the shrubbery! I guess there is still hope for Verbolten's shrubs, then.

Great picture, thanks for sharing! :)

They should just make you walk through it when you go through the queue so you get the full experience.

I'm all for opening it up to let people walk through it, but walking through it every time for no reason seems like it would get old fast. Also, quite honestly, I'd rather it not get all that much foot traffic. Things have been preserved very nicely back there because it's hardly ever open.

Agreed. AND WITH THAT NOTE~ Loch Ness Extended Queue shots. Too bad we aren't allowed to go through this anymore unless a kind Team member lets you back there.
Every time I see this I think of the shacks/tents where the castaways on Gilliga's Island live. :)

Why would they just let it sit back there being unseen when they could just open it up, imagine if V-Bolts queue was cut in half when its not busy. It wouldn't be the same.

My grandmother and grandfather waited in that queue line for almost 4 hours when that ride opened. That was a long time, especially considering my grandfather didn't even care for roller coasters all that much. (Now that's what I call devoted to your wife!:p) Also, when I saw the length of the line in that picture, it really made me glad that we have more rides now!

Todd F. and I rode Nessie last night after fireworks and I was happy to see the strobes working in the cave! I had just said "It is pitch black in here" then got busted with a strobe! My son and his friend loved it as well.

On an off topic note, my 10 year earned his "5X the Fury" shirt yesterday! He has officially ridden everything he isn't too tall for, flat rides included!
