Even with my graphic augmentation it's difficult to see the slope because the photograph has such strong perspectival distortion to the left side, so the slope ends up looking like receding perspective rather than the downward angle it actually is. We need a good side-on picture of it for it to be totally comprehensible.

Hopefully this gives you an idea of the slope as this is straight on and a straight crop on the photo. Sorry about the tops of the heads, but I had to balance showing the slope with cutting out the people in the photo.

I think nobody bothers to do that because Lochness is so iconic now that everyone would know that they were just copying it. It is novelty that BGW was lucky enough to do first and make famous enough that all others would just seem like cheap knockoffs.

I wish BGW would consider this before building the Project 2015 coaster.
*cough* ride of steal *cough* *cough*

More on the previous discussion of Nessie being the only gravity launched coaster in the park. These photos still don't justice due to perspective. The station track bed is at an angle, but the whole station is also built at an incline from the incoming side to lower at the outgoing bottom.

Whats the best way to brace your neck for the loops? I always try to hold my head back against the headrests, but it doesnt seem to help. I sit in the very back, if that means anything.
