I see a lot of news out11lets now reporting that KK Was demolished to make room for two new coasters, Flash and the 2026 project. Well we know the Flash bit is a lie as they were at two different sides of the park besides once coexisting. The company just keeps putting their foot in their mouths concerning PR around KK's closing.
Hot to admit it was a little funny to see SFGA back track and pull their non Ka related social media post yesterday after it got initiated with Ka comments. I personally feel like the park should have extended the olive branch and posted some kinda farewell and tribute post but I don't know maybe there are just to many bad feelings for that to have been done. Maybe the best thing might have been for SFGA just to have said to their social media people hey today might not be a good time to post anything till the Ka dust figuratively and literally had settled.

I wouldn’t put the ignorance of local news outlets on Six Flags’ PR. Six Flags never said they were demolishing it to make room for The Flash. That’s all on news reporters skimming their press books without getting the details down to memory.

Its possible one reporter got it wrong and other reporters just copied and pasted. However, it could also be a press kit from the company, hard to say.

A neat video angle of the demo that I hadt seen before
Makes me even more mad and sad that they didn’t tell people beforehand. I would have absolutely made a trip to ride the tallest fastest hydraulic launch coaster or died trying. And to them they just see it as an object they can blow up and move on to the next thing. They don’t care about the memories or history behind the coaster wars.

The next ride could be 600 feet tall, you still don’t treat loyal customers like this. Because of this I now have a very negative view of great adventure(yes I know it wasn’t THEIR decision) but still. I’m pissed lol

It makes me very uninterested in a visit.

Just saw this meme.

I hate the “Reels” concept so much. This video is gone and I didn’t get to see it. What even is the point in Reels?
Shorter content means faster consumption means more ads they can shove in a shorter time frame. Go swipe through instagram stories and see how often ads pop up. It’s ever 2-3 accounts at this point.

Capitalism sucks man

Sorry it's gone it was an extremely close in shot of the demo. I try to see if I can track it down from another source.
