Ok, we all think this twisted piece of metal is out of place. And, as @Jonesta6 stated, back on the day Busch was close to running extension cords because the power grid was stressed.

So (with a serious tongue in check) they do a "Catapult" and move the sucker. Get rid of the congestion that MMXX will add to the horror story known as Festa and put it in Festhaus Park to complement whatever 2021 is.

Edit- oops, if this should be in Concepts go ahead and move it.
better yet just send it to san antonio and put it where the flume was.

I think Electric Eel and Tigris both look great in their own locations. Electric Eel has such a large presence, looming over its own plaza with landscaping and rockwork to surround it, and Tigris is surrounded by foliage.

But I hate how Tempesto is right up Apollo's ass. It ruins the forced perspective of both rides and makes them both look shorter, and everything from the paint color to the support and track design clashes between the two rides. The crammed look of the two coasters literally feet apart lends a chaotic and unfinished look to the skyline, in my opinion. To me, it's NOT just that Tempesto destroys the look of Apollo. Apollo, by virtue of being next to Tempesto, destroys the way Tempesto looks too.

I also can't stand that bizarre banner-like decoration on Tempesto's right-hand tower. What even is that? Is it an attempt at "theming"? It's bothered me since the ride opened and it still does. It looks ugly, temporary, out of place, and makes the ride trashier, in my opinion. I'd love to see it removed; I think that removal alone would help the area look a lot less cluttered and chaotic.

Of course, the ride is where it is; can't change the past and where they decided to put it. So I'd love to see BGW make changes to the ride to make it blend more into the area. Remove the banner. Paint the ride colors that compliment Apollo. Does anyone on here with any knowledge of art know what color scheme might match well with Apollo? @Applesauce? I think just a few changes like this could make Tempesto a much more worthy addition to the world's most beautiful theme park.

The only way they could make Tempesto clash less with Apollo color wise would be to pick more similar colors to what Apollo uses. I would suggest a warmer yellow track and a cooler purple support structure so that it would still be fundamentally different from Apollo but not as striking to the eyes as blue and orange versus purple and yellow.

At that point Tempesto will just blend in with Apollo, which I don't think the park wants. It will literally be a shadow of Apollo at that rate, whereas I am sure the park would like them to be two separate coasters with their own identities.

The problem is that with the new coaster coming in, tempesto will be largely redundant. At least ridership should drop...

I would argue this if Tempesto wasn't in the immediate vicinity of MMXX, as the increased foot traffic in the area could actually result in an increase in ridership.

I think also it's a matter of clashing themes too. I'm not talking about Roman Gods vs modern daredevil. I'm talking, you have the bright (son) Sun God's ride, it's bright, it grabs your attention, next to a daredevil, who is also show-y and an attention grabber. So the color schemes fit for the rides, bright, loud, show-y, attention grabbing. Both rides have color schemes that match it's loud, attention grabbing core theme. (Even if AC is Apollo's son taking the reign and losing control. You can't get too much brighter than the sun.) They're complimentary colors, these colors by design are meant to make one color stand out more than the other.

I honestly think the solution is simple, instead of picking whole new colors for one coaster or the other, just switch them. By switching Tempesto's colors where the track is orange and the supports are teal, I feel makes the ride look much better. The teal hides in the sky, much like Griffon's blue helps camouflage it, while the orange track stands out and actually looks more like a daredevil's ramp than a teal track. You're still going to have a mess of steel supports right on top of each other, but it's... less jarring than bright purple/yellow vs mostly bright orange with some teal.

I don't think otherwise changing Tempesto's colors would look nearly as good. And least of all match the very little theming it has.

I hope that makes sense. I studied color theory in college, but I'm not very good at picking color palettes or explaining colors very well.

I wouldn't think it would be all that hard to move. It would still be somewhat expensive to do though.

That's a crap load of concrete on the front end launch that needs to be removed/repoured. Unless those are actually hollow boxes on the sides.
