I don't see reusing props as an issue ever. It saves money and it has the potential to create out-side-of-the-box theming. It challenges the creative team even more.

Look at Frankenstein, he is made up of used props :p

What would be the problem with reusing an old prop?

Once again, you have jumped to conclusions on something I said. There's nothing wrong with reusing props in different events, but I'm sure it will be reused somehow. Nothing wrong with that- it's the economic thing to do. The question is what they will do with it. Sheesh.

Sorry.  Hard to differentiate your snark from your other comments, I guess.

Snark? Seriously?! That was a genuine comment that you seem to be over-analyzing. I am actually a little insulted by that.

Just so you know, Frankenstein is the Doctor not the Monster.

So just out of curiousity, is there anyone who's actually looking forward to this "event"? I'm not sure it could be called an event if it's only in San Marco. :/ But still, I don't think I've seen anyone who's interested in the event at all.

I'm interested. It's meeting my expectations on point. BTW the Here's to the Heroes bridge is back and even bigger than before :p

Oh and I know Frankenstein was the doctor, but it's just so common to say Frankenstein that I just forgot to mention monster.

I honestly think it's an interesting concept. I just hate the fact it's going in San Marco. We just got Spanish music out of there, now we have to listen to American music..

Oh man, here we go. Wait till you see the pictures I just got...

For now, here's a teaser...

Thanks to Luke for the picture!

As the Italians in Brooklyn would say it with their accents... This is a DIZZAZTUH!

Goodbye Columns and peaceful garden fountain Busch Gardens proudly welcomes a twenty foot model of the Statue of Liberty and red white and blue draperies! For Howl-O-Scream we decorated our beautiful store into a pirate ship so for Star Spangled Nights were re theming it to a beach tourist trap store  filled with shirts that say Yolo in various fonts and a creepy man at the register who pressures you into buying.  The store will also make sure that everything is over priced and breaks with in five minutes of buying it. And to top it off there will be a generic firework show which will just be a toned down version from what you saw last year. Busch Gardens is proud to celebrate America and is very excited for this Event!

Actually the fireworks show will not be any more generic than previous years. The music the fireworks will be choreographed to is a special arrangement made especially for the park.

We'll see. My problem with the fireworks wasn't really the music, it's just they had very little variety, and were very underwhelming. The music they used didn't change the fact that the fireworks they used, and the times they shot them off sucked.
