Temporary or not, that is AWESOME news. I’ve been pining for this change for almost 10 years!
Wait a minute....they brought that back for the Food & Wine Festival in 2022 and '23. Edit: do you know if New France is playing Brazilian music? If so, that likely means this is just for the festival. But I do wish the Echoes of Italy would be brought back to stay.

Any other old farts remember when you could watch the culinary staff make the pasta by hand in San Marco? The food used to be so good. I am a sucker for the giant meatball at F&W festival though; I wish that were permanent.
My back hurts just looking at the height of those hedges...
Why restore it when there’s a 75% chance that it gets hit by a forklift/cherry picker this October-December?
