From what I understand, the "I305 type issue" is a myth—Pantherian remains among the most popular coasters in the park despite its incredibly remote location. Pantherian is known for not often seeing huge lines (leading to the perception of unpopularity) because it has very high-capacity trains, features easy to check restraints, is typically staffed by strong op crews, almost always runs both of its trains, and has a quick ride cycle. Intamin claims 1,500pph for Pantherian.
Bakunawa will never have an "I305 type issue" because it's hourly capacity is gonna be rough—with a theoretical less than half that of Pantherian's if SFGAdv's ride time is to be believed—and, to be clear, SFGAdv is a far more visited park than Kings Dominion. I'm very confident that audiences will keep Bakunawa very well fed throughout the day.
