The main complaint against this Mack tower spinner isn't that it won’t be thrilling but that the concept is a poor fit for GAdv. Especially as a GP magnet compared to other potential alternatives. Its pretty much just a more advanced but reduced capacity version of Superman at SFMM. There is a reason why Lightning Loops, Chiller, and the aforementioned Superman were dual track. Personally I rather they wait and leave the space empty until they can put in a decent coaster than waste that space on this shuttle spinner.

I agreed with you, if anything, put that mack tower spinner where green lantern was

What if we saw the coaster placed opposite of Kingda Ka, with its vertical tower rising where the Parachutes used to be? That location would not only give the ride a new identity in the park’s skyline, but it would also add a huge visual presence to the Boardwalk section. Plus, by not sharing Ka’s exact footprint, it would help differentiate the two in layout and experience. The biggest tradeoff though is that the station might be a bit tucked away compared to a more central location.

That said, I also like the idea of reusing the Green Lantern plot. It’s a large, mostly cleared area and would likely require less site prep. You could position the tower near Superman or even extend into the former Golden Kingdom area. This is probably the more practical choice overall given the timeline.

to be clear, i'm not against a mack spinner shuttle as a concept. i think it could be a great addition to the park. my only thing is: this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to add something new and big to the park. we just lost one of the only two stratas ever built. to me, the sky should be the limit on what we can be adding. this is just me personally, but i've really really been wishing for a proper giga for years now, and we finally have the land for it. we could get a dive, or a wing, or an amped up version of alpenfury. i loved ka, it was one of my earliest memories and favorite rides, and i'm going to miss it a lot. but i'd rather not replace what was, frankly, a gimmick coaster with another one when we have the chance to build another premiere, award-winning tier coaster at the park and really go back to rivaling cedar point's lineup.

like i love jersey devil. it's a record breaker, its really fun. if jersey devil was replacing KK, i'd be a bit let down.

OTs dive machine is already arriving on site, MMs vekoma had its plans leaked months ago, yet we've heard nothing about GAdvs 2026 addition. I hope this isn't just some empty promise from corporate

SFOT’s dive was manufactured in America and it was explicitly stated in a press release that it’s a dive, and SFMM filed permits well in advance, likely due to the fact that their thrill glider’s location requires landscaping changes.

Thinking this is an empty promise just because one other coaster was leaked and another started showing up is a bit much. Kingda Ka and El Toro both started to arrive before they were officially announced, but many of Great Adventure’s coasters haven’t done so, just have a bit of patience.

Do plans have a history of leaking out for Great Adventure? I don't know of any good public records leads yet, personally.

Not as far as I can recall. The closest thing I can think of is Zumanjaro rumors ramping up a bit earlier than usual, but I’d wager that was more of an educated guess based on the extra bracing that had already been added to Ka following the 2011 earthquake, and the addition of Lex Luthor to Superman EFK in 2012.
