Probably for the best so they can get things set for HHN two weeks later. It's the end of "summer" for most people now with school starting in August.

I’m out of the (non-inverting) loop, are there construction documents they’re basing this layout on, or is much of it speculative beyond the info we know about where buildings will be going and work is already happening?

if its the ghostbusters coaster, I wonder that could be so big they would also need stage 33 & maybe the old nickelodeon studios building for it

given the plans for the ride, my guess that the giant sta puff marshmallow man would be somewhere on the ride outlined in red

but then you could still has the stage 33 & the old nickelodeon studios building (maybe the old nickelodeon studios building will get converted to another ride or show while stage 33 would be a dark ride that's the main facade will be used as the ride's entrance & exit)

We just don't know if it's Ghostbusters themed yet. The construction wall sign could be intentional misdirection. Uni is clever enough for games like that.

This is the same company that, when building Velocicoaster, played up the “worlds largest churro stand” all the way into opening day by having free churros on opening day of Velocicoaster. So I wouldn’t doubt for a second universal could do something like that again.
