I know fans want Ghost Busters but they don’t want to pay licensing to another company if they can help it.
The park just purchased the licensing rights last year which is why they could add Ghostbusters to the parade, fireworks show and a house at HHN.

real question: you keep talking about “ip’s” they own, which I def can tell, but what do they even have to use other than FNF for the coaster, or Wicked for somewhere else? I don’t see wicked being the supercharged replacement. Twisters? It’s not like a big amount of their new movies are theme park material. Like no way we get “gladiator” or “Oppenheimer” or something. It’s not like they’re Disney with how much stuff they have to put in their parks. I don’t doubt they will if they can, but it’s not like they WONT bring in other ip’s

OMG. I want an Oppenheimer dark ride in the F&F building.

It could be like the Twister attraction, but with nuclear ground effects. (Thanks to @Thomas for inspiring this idea.)

hear me out but what if:
the new coaster combines the old nickelodeon building & the stage into a new themed area (a music themed area?) while the ghostbusters firestation become used for a multifloor ghostbusters attraction like a mix between transformers & men in black

New Coaster is Fast N Furious, then Fast N Furious Spercharged closes and becomes Secret Life of Pets Dark Ride.

I wonder if they'd ever consider adding a Chinese quick service restaurant to the building? Surely there would be room for a queue, ride, HHN event space, and a restaurant. Chinese food is something they don't have inside the park currently (but used to offer at International Food and Film Festival before it changed to Fast Food Blvd).

This is what they have at USJ:

I'd like to see them add one especially since the one at USJ is an homage to San Francisco's Chinatown. It would add variety to in-park dining options as well. But they probably won't given that they have a Panda Express in Citywalk.

Totally a Minion Cafe type Chinese returaunt would be great.

Panda, Moe's, and BK Whopper Bar are looking real long in the tooth. I wouldn't be surprised if that goes for a new concept someday.

I can see Moe's and BK leaving but the last time I went by there Panda Express was mobbed by Brit tourists. They all seem to love it! LOL

if they gonna redo san francisco back to its former glory with new editions, this is the way to do it

I'm not sure if it still is, however Saturday on my trip the last row (6) of every train closed about midway through the day. I was about to go on my 4th ride of the day and earlier on it was open (I rode back row only once, cause it hurts). 🥲
