The legendary JBL-28 speaker that was on the corner of the locker building pointing towards the bridge has been taken down after 14 years of service and has not broken once or had a blown tweeter. Busch gardens is pretty good at speaker placement through the park but for some reason that one spot before the bridge had horrible coverage with that one speaker covering the entire area and to compensate they cranked that specific speaker up to high levels. It has now been replaced with two JBL professional high outdoor speakers which fun fact is the exact model they put on the Loch Ness chain lifts and break runs post retheme so we’re looking at high clarity larger throw! The station speakers have also been gutted and replaced by these as well, which will be the first coaster in the park to abandon JBL-28’s in station which has been the consistent speaker use for the entire park for decades. Just a quick side note for those curious those high throw square speakers are LOUD, and I mean LOUUDD. So the fact that they replaced every single JBL28’s in the station with these is actually insane, they still haven’t powered the outdoor ones on the entire left hand side of Oktoberfest so for now the only music we can hear is from the Festhaus and/or the bridge, but once they are turned on expect coverage to be way better! Busch gardens is notorious for buying bulk of a specific speaker in mass, so there’s a very very very high chance that these are leftovers from the Loch Ness monster retheme as B&M most likely supplied the audio system for Big Bad Wolf

Potentially hot take I think Alpengeist would be impossible to make “better” themed. Just repaint some stuff and add some more signs and queue theming.

Also not sure what you could do to Apollo unless you fully retheme Festa. In that case you’ll need to retheme Tempesto too.

In a perfect world with an unlimited budget, I’d do Sesame Place Williamsburg like they planned and move Tempesto to the current Sesame Street plot, theming it to Vesuvius to match Pompeii. Having it on top of Apollo is bad for both of their presentations.
Literally just repaint the snow trenches.
