It takes the fun of being behind someone who cleverly tried to misspell something on their license plate. Is that uniquely an American thing? Do they not do that in Germany?

I like the sign attached to the building, but the sign in front of the car is trying a little bit too hard to look "crashed into".

If they added a little bit more effects to make it look like a crash and not just a bend in the metal, I would like it a bit better.

I doubt it's done. Looks to me like the bare metal might be covered with something or just hit a bunch of times with a hammer because it's very obviously just a bent pole right now, and given everything else so far, I doubt they'll want it to be so visibly fake.

I hope they'll do more to it.

I mean look at this sign doing fucking gymnastics. Take some inspiration 🤣.

Haha omg imagine
Any other project BGW has ever done, I'd say they'd probably just leave it. But with this ride, I can't say that anymore. They've beat every single one of my expectations by far. I'm SO excited to see what it's like on the ride. Also, I'm secretly REALLY hoping that they either brought back the on-ride video or covered the holes in the trains where the cameras sat unused. It was always a bit of a confusing element to me and other guests until I found out about the old video.
Regardless, everything I'm seeing here makes me incredibly excited for Ireland 2027

Here’s a fun, utterly pointless, entitled thought experiment: what’s something reasonable (theming or otherwise) that you wish this revamp had that it doesn’t?

I would’ve loved if they had put some sort of wall or themed divider between launch 1 and launch 2. Maybe a row of trees with a fence covered in ivy/painted green (aka my planet coaster special). I think it would’ve been an awesome way to make the layout feel much bigger or like you’re deeper in the woods upon exiting the building.

I really, really, really wish they'd do something to hide the show building from the Autobahn area or BBW. BBW's entrance area feels backstage atp going between an unthemed green building and an unthemed beige building. So I wish they'd theme the show building on all four sides not just one

Hearing a rumor that the new Verbolten could open on Saturday, May 30th.

Considering that promo shoots are next Wednesday, May 27th, this doesn’t surprise me.

Finally! So excited for the May 30th opening. Now that Verbolten: Forbidden Turn's theming is almost 100% complete, I can say that it perfectly complements the new Big Bad Wolf next door. BGW now has two family coasters (alongside the restored Loch Ness) that are extremely well themed and presented that they should be the gold standards on how to theme a new ride coming here or enhance a ride that has been here. Other than Pantheon, I think Apollo's Chariot or Alpengeist should get this splendid treatment.

Potentially hot take I think Alpengeist would be impossible to make “better” themed. Just repaint some stuff and add some more signs and queue theming.

Also not sure what you could do to Apollo unless you fully retheme Festa. In that case you’ll need to retheme Tempesto too.

In a perfect world with an unlimited budget, I’d do Sesame Place Williamsburg like they planned and move Tempesto to the current Sesame Street plot, theming it to Vesuvius to match Pompeii. Having it on top of Apollo is bad for both of their presentations.
