Man yall give us a lot to catch up on sometimes.

Since I’m a big supporter of these rides coming here to GAdv, I will say this to the people that aren’t happy about a hand me down coaster coming:

It would be nice if this park recieved the cedar point treatment with delayed attractions. TTD2 Delayed and they get an incredible tilt coaster. Maybe in the future when an attraction is delayed at GAdv they can do something similar

Ok back to being excited

Barely been around this weekend, at a convention with my best friend, but my quick thoughts on what I’ve caught up on are “holy shit they really do care.”

Never any doubt in my mind that the park would get far more attention post-merger, but this is already well above and beyond what I expected.

The stamped concrete looks incredible! I really hope they don't add too much on either side of the current stretch, since I think the huge width of the path out to superman also took some of the Boardwalk feel away from the whole area.

I must say, as much as I anticipate and look forward to a superman retheme, a kitchy, IP themed ride fits surprisingly well into the boardwalk theme.
It needs to become themed to a horde of seagulls pestering visitors for loose french fries.
Pretzel loop themed to an actual pretzel???

So Great Adventure's opening day is March 26th, right? Are we getting a reveal before or after opening day, or will they just plant a sign and let us find it in the wild?

Pass holder preview is the 27th, regular opening is the 28th.

In one of the interviews earlier Ryan mentioned they would like to make an announcement before opening day, so we shall see.

How long do we expect Ragin Cajun will take to install?/when do we think it'll open? I can't imagine it'll be done by the end of the month, but maybe spring- I could see a spinning mouse being ready to go by mid-May (of course, assuming the rumors are true)
