The vertical lift structure that the model uses a lattice support structure with 4 evenly spaced footers, so it’s entirely possible.
My main gripe with the layout is how little space there is for the ride to pick up speed before going into what’s assumably a high speed turn due to the size of the footers.
While it doesn’t have to be an Intamin LSM, I think a vertical lift is the most likely scenario.
I think it's worth noting that the buried/old Drachen Fire foundations are in this plan as well (circles and spread footers (rectangles)). Not to be confused with the new foundations in the same picture with same line weight.
If this lay out is anything like what we end up getting, I think we need to prepare selfs for a less intense, lower height, family coaster, ya know like a family inverted coaster, like sea’s just ordered for Tampa. I don’t have access to my construction software but with out pulling actual measurements. I don’t see enough footers in long straightaways to suggest traditional lift hills so we may very well be looking at another launch coaster.
I prefer Penguin Trek to a Phoenix Rising personally. I’d be more likely to ride something similar to Penguin Trek than Phoenix Rising routinely personally.
It's noteworthy that the entire ride is almost entirely enclosed in a lock-out fence.
