Bold prediction: B&M family invert sister coaster to BGT

-footer spread makes it seem not very high
-doesn't seem to have a significant straight launch section
-tight turns
-seems to have a curved drop over the maintenance building (curved drops being typical invert behavior)
What about the height waivers though? All this analysis of these plans seems to be forgetting that part

Correct me if I’m wrong, but hasn’t the president vocally stated the next height requirement for a new coaster “will not be taller than 48 inches”? That rules out all B&Ms except the two new models in Florida. If that is true, my money is on one of those models. If not, I’m praying it’s a Kondaa style hyper

What about Vekoma? We know a lot of their newer models have come out with the options to accommodate shorter riders.

After riding Big Bear, I’d be extremely happy. I just don’t want another launch coaster at the park.

I don’t necessarily mean Big Bear, but what about one of their thrill models? Those could probably accommodate 48” height requirements. I just checked, and Lech coaster’s minimum height requirement is 47”.

Seems absolutely insane to me to waste not only Festhaus Park but ALSO the boneyard on a small-scale family coaster, which could probably fit in a ton of other places around the park.

But I agree - hard to see a huge coaster with those footer placements

It's still early to set expectations imo, but if it's another family coaster, that's disappointing. I still love family coasters, but BGW already has 4 (5 if you wanna count Loch Ness), and 2 of them are already in Oktoberfest.

The newer B&M models look great, and it'll be cool for BGW to get a new B&M in nearly two decades, and yet I'm still holding out hope for a single rail or something lol.

Quick speculation on what this could be: An Intamin Vertical LSM launch coaster or something with a vertical lift.
I think there isn't enough obvious straight track for a lift or a traditional LSM launch, but I think they seem to be willing to gamble on prototype/new attraction concepts, and this seems like its a definite possibility IMO. Plus, there is already one out there being Storm Coaster at the Dubai Hills Mall, which while is a much more compact layout plus on an indoor coaster, it does prove there is some level of merit to this model

Best case imo would be vekoma flying coaster. IDK if there's room for those trains in the current building.
