It is also worth mentioning that while he doesn’t have unilateral control over capital investments, Kevin did say at the event on Wednesday that in his opinion BGW doesn’t need another launch right now.

Or Steel Curtain for that matter. which sucks because I want hyper loopers to become a thing again.I really hope they do not build an S&S coaster. Finnegan's hasn't exactly proved to be reliable.
Could totally do that with an RMC, just like IG's alligator death spiral or w/e it's called, but more of a corkscrew than a barrel roll.If Steel Curtain was proved to be reliable, BGW could build something similar with a Drachen Fire down drop (I think that's what its called)
I love launches, but they do lack the building suspense of a lift hill.I wonder why they did not consider a gigacoaster in this spot. That would be really cool to have something that competes with Intimidator305 in that way at BGW. I don't really care and just personally want another coaster that is high thrill and fun. Speaking of all this, Why are people so against multi-launch coasters? Personally I think that Pantheon is the best ride at BGW (More theming would be great but the ride itself, I mean.) and I think that you could do a LOT of different things with the concept of mulitlaunch (or launch in general) and you could make tons of rides a very unique experience with the principle.

This is a fair point for sure. The suspense of lift hills is enjoyable and I also understand that everyone's opinion on this matter is different, I personally find the thrill of launches more interesting and fun than lift hills, BUT, I do enjoy both.I love launches, but they do lack the building suspense of a lift hill.
In all fairness, I have not been to KD since very soon after I305 opened up, and I rode it a few times when I went and had great fun, I always remember that during the first hill/turn I blacked out a little bit each ride. It was quite a ride! But I didn't remember that ride taking up a lot of space, it seemed like less than a lot of non giga coasters, but maybe I'm wrong on that.Giga coasters inherently are an extremely risky value proposition in any park given the sheer size and nature of them may scare off guests who aren't thoosies but enjoy coasters (ex. I305). Additionally, they need a lot of space to burn off the energy, something that's hard to come by given then RPA buffer zone and conservation easement. Not saying never here, but not highly likely either.
Multi-launches can be diverse, but the issue is they're harder to market given their last few coasters are multi-launches. The average guest may or may but be that discerning between them whereas something totally different may be a better business choice.
