Beyond the fact that we are completely off topic, I'd point out that coaster ratings are entirely personal and subjective. No one has the monopoly on what constitutes a "top coaster."

Anyway, I suggest we return to discussing Project 2024 and move any debates about existing attractions to the appropriate threads.

If this did turn out to be a ground-up RMC, I'd be personally very curious to see how it holds up to Iron Gwazi long term. Of course very different climates, but I wonder how the long term durability of RMC's conversion structures will play out compared to their brand new builds

How much of a terrain is the Drachen plot on? Feel like you could really do some special things with a terrain RMC hyper

If you are just talking about the area Drachen fire used, it isn't anything special IMO

Yeah, the Drachen Fire plot is pretty flat, but there is some terrain in the surrounding areas that are included in the potential project area we published. Big question is how close BGW would want to get to the Rhine I think as that's where the bulk of the terrain is.

From what I remember after Verbolten got built it's a slight incline but it's not anything that'd really make me classify a ride as a terrain coaster. Kinda stuff you'd get a couple extra feet to call a roller coaster a giga, type deal.

How about if its a dueling coaster............Dueling Drachens 👀

But seriously if they are going to re-use Drachen as part of the name as an homage to the OG, I would prefer something like "Drachen's Revenge"

I really would prefer they not pick an over-used and obvious spin on Drachen Fire; it would feel lazy and dialed in. I want a name that takes into account the history of the location, as well as aspects of the new coaster, and I don’t want it to be a variation on every other sequel ride across the industy; I want some creativity and effort.

Oh, I thought we were riffing between band names and fitting Drachen in there somewhere as a nod to the history of the location/reuse of the station building.

From the park that brought us both BarKastle AND DarKoaster? I'd expect nothing less. And I want to buy a beer from Drunken Fire.
