Shade is such a low cost way to make the customers experience more pleasant. It’s just a bad business decision to cut corners not providing shade while installing a top quality attraction with great theming.

KD does have more shade on the midways than most parks because of all the trees. It makes walking around the park, more pleasant in the heat. But there are several queues that lack shade that could easily be shaded for low cost. A brand new attraction that is probably going to have the longest line in the park should have shade.

If almost every other ride makes some effort to provide shade and their latest and greatest does not, that would be unreasonable and obvious. Of course right now it's getting so you can actually get warm outside so no problem.

Anyone see this reddit thread? No proof or anything so believe what you want but it’s a AMA by a guy who claims to work at Clermont and gives some insight into B&M track fabrication. They pretty much say nothing in their process has changed and are passing the buck along to B&M’s engineers regarding the recent “bounce” problems.

I’m no engineer but one of those early pictures of the launch track clearly shows some weird warped sections on the track. And I don’t remember seeing anything like that on older B&Ms. Seems fishy.

Maybe the consistent bouncing will stop, or at least minimize, when the train is full of people with a somewhat even weight distribution. I'm no engineer or will ever claim to be, but that's where my mind went first.

There are storage bins in the station, but as of media day there were not enough bins for all the rows. I'm not sure how these will be used (or changed) when the ride is open, particularly when running two trains.

There is also a large bank of lockers just outside the entrance, but no idea if they will have a fee connected - you could guess it will be the same as Twisted Timbers, or look to the free lockers that Cedar Point announced for TT2 and Siren's Curse. I don't recall if anyone asked that day.

Meh, I’ll just put my Fanny pack under my shirt and pray it doesn’t fly off 🤣
