My sources are saying it may not open at all ever again. Apparently it’s more broken than anticipated and they may not be willing to invest the money into basically rebuilding a large part of the ride.

We should all just accept that if it ever opens again, even if takes a long time, that that is better than the alternative.

Damn, well there goes my #1… Not saying it's going to happen, but I keep losing hope more and more as time goes on.

It was 100% planned an on track to open with the rest of the park prior to the breakdown

I do. So many enthusiasts were in town that night, that park vibe was pretty amazing. I knew we had a problem when they weren’t marketing Pantherian at all in the run up. This may be a situation where we end up with more theming because of the maintenance delay and opportunity to go bigger and better.

They were marketing it roll an extent but you were never going to see such a huge push that it took attention away from Rapterra. Same ride new bane and scenery just isn't worth hurting the buzz of a bran new ride. It should be notable that Pantherian was included in both media days and other behind the scenes previews.

Seems odd that they added trains back to the track an continue to do work. Sure you are just being glum?

From what I’ve heard, it was discovered very recently and was unexpected. I believe this is why all thematic install has been halted until they decide what to do.

I heard they're taking out Flight of Fear and Rapterra too, since they got so sick of people bitching about the bounciness!
