Is the coaster staying open during the repaint? Shows as open on the website but want to be sure.

It’s still open

That color scheme is incredible. Great work KD

[rancidrolla]

I was kinda hoping for purple and grey or black, but I'm honestly just happy it's getting repainted in general.

[harry580]

maybe orange & black are the colors of a tiger so maybe its the tiger themed coaster

[b.mac]

@Zachary I think with all the discussion about i305's repaint happening in the other Project 305 thread this thread has run its course.

Actually needed to do the opposite. Discussion should have been happening here all along. Just moved a ton of posts over from the attraction thread.

GeisterTïger, Tïgersreign, or Tïgersturm

Conquer the speed and strength of five tigers on... Jungle
The 7th Tallest Drop and 9th tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world!

It'll be themed to tigers, and that theming will consist of... get ready for it... fences!

[the_pantsmith]

It's POSSIBLE (but improbable) that a bit of Rapterra's theming was scaled back to make room in the budget for a larger I305 retheme. Maybe that launch tunnel money is going towards a better queue and station for the other big 2025 change. Anyone who knows more about this stuff feel free to fact check me

[Crunchewy]

It's Orioles themed. Let's go O's!

[pogoism9]

Hopefully they take the 305 out of whatever name it gets...I always thought the numbers in the name were corny.

But how else would I know how tall it is??

Thank you!

I keep seeing people who say they hope to see it stay but god, I want it gone so bad. Incredibly cheesy and it looks horrible on merch.

[the_pantsmith]

Cheetaka is genuinely the best name I can think of for this coaster lmao. 305 makes it sound like it's sponsored by Pitbull

[Mushroom]

But how else would I know how tall it is??

This is even worse when you realize the park has two coasters with numbers in their name and they don’t even refer to the same thing. One for height, one for opening year.

[rswashdc]

Magnum is about the only ride I can think of where the number kind of works. In general using a symbolic number in the name is just lazy and unoriginal.
