Two days ago the lift motor/ drum was still taken apart. Once they do get the part I imagine it's going to be at least 1 to 2 full days (minimum) to get it back and running. The good news - it seems like (read: assumption) as soon as the lift is fixed, they should be able to test immediately because of all the prep work they have done.
 
Not to disparage anyone, but Area Sups have been known to hide work out of closed rides.
Very true, during CT, a number of us supervisors at Busch used to clean the Griffon control booth...

Griffon was not open that year. The entire plaza and bridge was closed. No cleaning was actually needed.

Spool still isn’t on the lift, honestly with how wet it is around here might be stopping them or slowing them down. I know that area in particular gets really soggy so it may be hard to get the crane over there in all that mud.
