First, great job to the Mission Impossible team for the covert work of sneaking into the secret lair and escaping with the plans. Kudos to @Zachary @Thomas @halfabee and @kingadam .
In regards to height & speed, the Parc Asterix model has (as mentioned in the article) a 147ft top hat. Cresting it, it achieves 76+mph on that first drop. So I think the estimate for MMXX is pretty accurate.
I still wonder (just thinking here) if the spike won't be taller...just for PR brag. Soaring with Dragon's spike is 197ft and their top hat is 187ft with a speed of 77+mph. So Intamin has the LSM's dialed in for those heights. And, with a mast, require that single FAA light on the spike that they applied.
The taller spike might also provide a bigger gravity boost, which might lessen the LSM electricity boost for that final forward run to the top hat. Just assuming as I'm no LSM coaster expert.
