RE: Project Madrid: New Hamlet? Giga Coaster? 315' Tower?

"The color of the attraction....shall be muted and designed to minimize visual impacts"

I know that's the least of anyones worries, but does that mean it's going to have to be blue or something? Why is that even a rule? Because of Kingsmill?

I think it can be green or brown also. (trees) also white

Purple is my favorite color. I think Apollo is beautiful and I love seeing it as I come into the park through the main entrance.

I also love looking down Pocahontas and seeing Alpengeist above the trees. It may indeed be painted blue and white but I am not confused. I am aware that it is a rollercoaster and not the sky.

Green would be awesome.

If it is Spain and a coaster then it should be orange/red

I was thinking yellow and red to match their flag, unless the coaster theme suggests another color.
Does anyone know of a coaster that changes track color throughout the ride?  I could see using lighter more Kingsmill acceptable colors for the lift hill and then changing to more bright colors for the rest of the ride.
Personally, I think changing colors depending on track height would be awesome.   Yellow for track over 250 feet, changing to red form 100 to 250 feet high and black for all track below 100 feet.

I do know of a coaster or two that do that, I think I've even ridden one somewhere, I just can't remember which coaster at the moment

Perhaps your thinking of Vild-Svinet?

It has blue on the higher sections to blend in. It was originally yellow/red but the complaints of it being an eye sore cause it to have blue paint on the sections of a higher altitude.

No it was not that but that looks sick.
