I think with the launches and the spike and being that it’s in Festa I could see this themed to an inferno of some sort. This name may be slightly too long, but I think it’s rather fitting due to the nature of the ride.

I post that as a joke.....but I actually like Vesuvius as a coaster name with those colors.....and it fits the 8 letter rumor. And it does hold ties to the Roman Empire Hercules legends.
I really think anything to do with a volcano is too soon/too close. And I'd still like to see some confirmation on the 8-letter rumor.
Honestly.....why should BGW/SEAS care? KD is competition, not their own property.
It's not like KD owns the idea of volcanos. If it was named Vesuvius, it's not like people would immediately go "they stole this from KD" when the coaster types wouldn't be the same.
That being said, I feel like it would be too far away from Pompeii for them to name the ride Vesuvius (as cool as it would be). If the coaster was where the garden of invention was, I think the name would be very fitting and pretty interesting.

Oh I understand that. But real life geography and theme park geography are not the same.
