Because the scale seems rather toned down. I doubt this is more than a 20M investment. How is an Intamin launch not a ballsy addition considering the issue’s the company has had here?

I think that this ride will feature little theming. SEAS is in a win now mentality. While they have committed to major themed rides such as cobras curse it seems as though the emphasis currently is on getting all the parks rides and attractions every year. The park has still gone by the pattern of cutting the fat and i think that theming will be seen as fat. Verbolten was a financial failure for the park based on the figures. I think it's a fine roller coaster but the cost to build vs revenue was terrible. I think we are seeing a "major investment" done here, with the context of SEAS being on thin ice.
IMO, we won't see any huge ballsy additions for the next several years. If the company can turn a profit for a few years, then look for some attention grabbers to pull in the crowds
Just for $ talk
Fury 325 - $30m
Intimidator 305 - $25m

It's all my fault...I started it because I was angry that college basketball preempted all my favorite shows....I promise I'll never do it again...this week.I.....I.....I don't get why this matters so much.
Now, how about the river dive...that'll be something, huh
