No "swinging" other than the track banking confirmed.

That's what they claim and I don't know where the picture came from.

Wow, yeah, just searched and found the post.

That's just a straight-up lie. Definitely not Phoenix Rising.

This picture is from the Chinese version. Which ironically is a mirrored clone of the freedom flyer SFC from vekoma

“Suspended swinging,” where suspended refers to your sitting position and swinging referring to your legs swinging below you. Just like Montu, our other suspended swinging coaster. You know the one.

It’s simple. You thought swinging referred to a playground swing. But no, it’s more like swing music. This ride will be lively with a propulsive rhythm. That’s a ride with swing.

Like a phoenix, it will be independent. And like an Independent, if it had a vote, it would swing.

It’ll swing…for the fences. That’s right, it’ll be a home run with families. That’s s-WIN-ging.

Obviously, you’re overthinking what we said when we said swing. You thought swing but all along we meant swing.

I'm really curious about this as I'm sure you all are too.

I don't think it's outside the realm of possibilities, as B&M has shown their willingness to innovate and bring new ride vehicle designs to market (such as Pipeline). If ANYTHING, it would be really great for BGW's project 2025 if it is a BBW-themed addition. It's hard to be upset about that one if that's the case, even as a thrill coaster enthusiast.

United Parks properties and incompetent marketing, name a more iconic duo.

They have claimed "swinging" in press releases, but I agree that if this thing is actually a suspended coaster, they have massively failed to capitalize on that fact.
Especially as if Holzfäller swings, it looks like it could be long enough to take the title of longest suspended swinging coaster from Iron Dragon.

...ah, but this one isn't the record-setter.

Some updates as of yesterday courtesy of ya boi. From what I could observe from the ground, Skyride, and a Falcon’s Fury ride, it looks like the station exterior seems to mostly be complete but still needs to be dressed up. That being said, it is very much still a construction site. I’m extremely skeptical about the “Spring 2024” claim the park has been pushing. I would be shocked to see riders on this thing in a month, but hoping to be wrong. FWIW, the website has the ride listed as “Coming Soon” now. Not sure if it has always been the case, but was something I noticed. I think the park is trying to have previews start by the end of June, but my guess is July.

Still zero sign of the train. Fingers crossed maybe we see a pull through and/or testing soon? But it seems like there’s still some work to be done before that happens. Being there on a Sunday there weren’t really any signs of life on the entire site though.

Also it can’t be overstated enough how absurdly close the turnaround after the drop gets to the Skyride. It’s going to be pretty insane seeing trains fly that closely next to it.
