I wouldn't get your hopes up.
All right, I'm preparing my statement of concern to PRKS investor relations, urging them to scrap the non-swinging invert that blocks off FHP expansion and go with a flat for BGW 2025. Inverted coaster whip (in fact, any kind of coaster whip) is overrated anyway, and BGW in particular still has holes left behind by departed flats.
I'm OK, maybe even happy, with BGT getting the family invert, it'll mark the first time a park has had two B&M inverts since the fall of Dueling Dragons.

Even if you had enough sway to where the BoD would pay attention to your request, I'm assuming they'd be stuck between throwing away anything they've invested into the project (and possibly any government permitting support) and leaving an area open for further development that may not have material plans yet.
The first track for Phoenix Rising was installed last night.
About time! I'm guessing this thing won't have much theming besides the onboard audio, but even so, I'd be amazed if this is ready by summer.
once the track is up, it's pretty straightforward from there. It's not like theres a whole building that still needs to be completely themed...

It'll actually be kind of fascinating to see the station built. This will be the first truly new-construction building at BGT in more than a decade, and (unless you count the basic roof over Tigris's launch) the first new station building since SheiKra, almost 20 years ago.

definitely. maybe late summer, i could see it honestly be pushed back till next year.
Didn't see anybody post about it but the (non swinging) family invert trains are now on site.
