Just a reminder, fols, that as far as permits for Busch go, nobody cares if Octoberfest if technically Germany or not. Where were the permits filed for Verbolten? Octoberfest, not Germany. For permitting purposes, at least, the areas are seperate. I'd expect we'll see the permits for the returning booths soon. (If they even need them? Anyone know if you can renew a permit for a temporary structure?)

The water in the Rhine River is being filled up. The pumps have been on for a few days now and it was estimated the water level rose about 7 inches over one night. They were not on during opening weekend, but they were on the following weekend. With the permits that are supposed to be for replacing the dock, I have my doubts if it will be replaced or maybe they don't need to lower the water level to work on the docks?

Interesting to see one of the new kiosks is actually for merchandise.

Also all of those permits except the F&WF one all relate to the Union Snax. The A-140388 permit confuses me though. Union Snax alreads has an A-based permit and I'm not sure there is a need for a second one. It also doesn't connect to the Union Snax permit master which mystifies me. I am throwing it under the Union Snax project until we can get more info on it, if we ever get more info in it.

Oh, no. I don't know, but I bet it's going to be a cheap facade of some sort.

EDIT: gosh Joe and I think a lot a like.

You know what, Nic you just opened my mind. I could see them using a bus-ish designed building for a snack stand. The freestyle machines, snack warmers, etc. could all be place don countertops into the side of a double-decker look-a-like building stand.

EDIT: The capacity of Union Snax is 13 people.
