Pantherian is not worked on outside, Pantheon is. The cars are taken indoors. Busch does not have the facility to do that like Kings Dominion does.
Dam well thats good. So they do what CP does to most of their rides. I really thought they sit there with no roof or anything 💀

No, they have an enormous maintenance building. One large enough to work on several trains at a time if need be. They also have the Flight of Fear dome to work in which is typically where I305 trains are rebuilt due to the nearby proximity to the ride.

Busch Gardens goes the other route (At least they used to) and build individual shops for each ride on location to better assist in keeping parts and trains at the ride all the time. Nowadays the maintenance areas are the first thing to get cut from the budget. InvadR, for example, was originally slated to receive a maintenance area large enough to at least work on one train at a time. That got cut very quick likely due to space saving in addition to the obvious money saved. As a result trains are taken backstage and worked on. Pantheon isn't so lucky. They work in the grass under tents in the cold rain and occasional snow. Having buildings are very important.

I thought invadrs ending building was a maintenance shed/building?

A ride this short i dont see benefiting from a 3rd train. Pantheons/BGW ops are too slow to even handle a 3rd train. On a normal day with kids and stuff It's almost always a 2+min dispatch time
Pantheon can only handle 2 trains anyway, since it only has 3 block zones.

Just curiosity:
The maintenance bay holds 1 train. Then you got the station. Where would the third be stored and covered when the coaster is closed?

They can build a building or something in the empty field the coaster sits in already

If you build something in there that means having to take the train off the track and moving it. Because the option is to extend the bay longer but what if the train in front needs more work than the one behind, then you are forced to 1 train ops.

Whats wrong with taking the train off the tracks? CP does it for all theirs

I didn’t say there was anything wrong with it. But if you are trying to quickly change out trains for near year round operations, having to completely take on off the tracks and put a different one on isn’t exactly the best option.

I can only speak to seeing Hersheys process but it is slow. Each car needs to be unhooked from each other, then the wheel assembly loosened/removed, then a crane lifts it to put it on a pallet (for lack of a better word), driven to the maintenance shed, and if there is track the whole thing is inversed, but usually just put with the pallet on the ground.

Yeah, but that would only need to be done three times a year in the "cycle out a third train for yearly maintenance" setup @warfelg. Totally reasonable.

Also, doubling up on a single storage run isn't optimal, but it is done sometimes. Especially if the deepest train is just in for yearly maintenance (and, hence, the trains rarely need to be reshuffled), again, shouldn't be an issue.
