As addressed in this thread previously, despite the park’s claims, it was never actually the fastest multi-launch coaster in the world. Soaring With Dragon already existed before Pantheon was even announced.
Intresting. What a weird record to claim then

One of the wheels are pretty worn down and it makes a cool noise on the positive g sections, it kinda sounds like the LSMs but with no electrical current. Does the ride do this often?

Tell a member of the staff. That is not a normal sound the train should make and should be removed for a check immediately.

I just came here to beat a dead horse. I can't believe BGW would spend big money on a coaster and then just do not one thing to theme it. I think they should start over with a new name and a new theme that could have a budget that wouldn't break the bank. Pantheon's bigger sibling coaster makes it look pathetic – theming matters!

But why do that when you can save yourself like $3?

To be a bit fair here, Toutatis was part of the most expensive expansion in Parc Asterix history at a cost of $42 million which also included a kids playground area, a Nebulaz, restaurants, shops and a special events area. The coaster is heavily integrated around the main pathway in this new section and you can stand on a small footbridge and view the launches and switch track in action. Also, European theme parks are known for their extensive theming as it's expected of them to take it to a level not found at most parks in North America. Asterix is about a 45 minute drive north of Disneyland Paris so they have to directly compete with them as well.

That being said, Pantheon could've definitely had some theming. Heck, even some additional landscaping would be a major improvement. But comparing it to its sibling in France will show a glaring discrepency as there aren't even that many outdoor high-speed coasters on the planet (and outside of Europe) that have the level of theming that Toutatis has.

I'm thinking KD closes, Pantheon closes. Oh well, don't think that's enough to get me to brave Christmas immersion in November.
