Actually, the park started to recently started a new Mystery Shopper program. Those team members who get great reviews, I guess you'd call them, would get invited to a banquet in their honor along with a voucher for a free meal. So far quite a lot of team members have gotten positive reviews. I'm just not certain on how mystery shoppers provide the feedback in what form.

So, the tram announcer that say right behind me complaining of working and how he was gettin sick of his own voice an hiw he didn't care what the tram drivers said...yea, he'd fail the secret shopper quiz.
Rule 1-don't complain to the customers about your job in the customer service business!

Nothing is confirmed from the park, but as far as Zachary's sources go (who are never wrong, by the way) the event will indeed be called Americana. Take that for what you will.

...WHAT THE F#@$!Its Busch Gardens Europe, not Busch Gardens America! If I wanted american themed events,id just go to colonial williamsburg for their fireworks display!I hope they can see how stupid this is for a theme park based on European countries...

Connor, since you're in on the rumor mill, is there anything "safe" you can tell us about the EXTENT of the theming? I know we've gone back and forth on how extensive it's going to be. Are we looking at Illuminights-level "overlays" or more like some patriotic decorations and a themed fireworks display at the end of the night?

Fireworks shouldn't be a rumor….it's a given… Carved mount rushmore…now that's a rumor…...

Griffon, you're scaring me.

As much as I want to pan the idea (and yes I think it's absolutely ridiculous)...

I think it's something the GP might embrace.

Well, they may as well continue the trend for facades over the Wilkommenhaus...

Disclaimer: sarcasm

I believe I heard something, maybe it was posted here some time ago, but there will be little to no theming, just fireworks. They are looking to save as much money possible and not go over.

In fact, I have also heard that the fireworks may even be restricted to just around the 4th of July, though I think the first option is probably more accurate.

Though, calling it Americana would make sense if it is only for around the 4th of July and not the entire summer.

I hope it's just fireworks. I think it would be nice to have it on weekends, and around the 4th of July, but I don't think they need to have fireworks on the weekdays.

I hope they can find a better name for the fireworks, so far they literally have no idea what any of their names meant. Last year's "tour de force" fireworks literally means "tower of strength/power," in French. I'm surprised they don't know literal meanings of French anymore.
