I believe they mentioned liquor tastings. Plus they sell it all over the park. Jameson in Ireland for example.

It doesn't help that the license listed on ABC's site indicates it's a beer and wine only license for restaurant/retail but also says mixed beverage in the description...

For the record; I do not, for a single second trust BGW culinary to properly cook alligator.

I am not a fan of alligator. The first person to say, "it tastes like chicken," will get some serious eye roll. It tastes like gamey.... fishy... I dont know.

If is cooked correctly it is quite good, however most places over cook it and deep fry. It gets tough and dry. I've had it in sausage at Disney, in a chili in South Carolina, and one one tasty grilled tail stake down in Hilton Head. I compare more to the texture of lobster. It can have a fishy gameyness to it. But I do still like it. You're right it is nothing like chicken.

I don’t either. I tried BGW’s poutine at Les Frites about two years ago and it tasted nothing like poutine. Okay, the fries and cheese curds were tasty, but then there was a bunch of turkey gravy poured on top... I don’t think they realize Quebecois gravy is really a sauce, not thick, American gravy.
