The project was likely just rebranded to Secrets of Castle O’Sullivan during development. This is a bit out of my area of expertise though—I imagine @CastleOSullivan or @EnchantedLab would both have more insight (if there is more insight to be had).
The Enchanted Castle of Duneen seems like it was just one of the titles proposed for the show before it opened. Another early title for the show was Secrets of the Lost Castle.
The significance of “Duneen” is still a mystery to me, though. It’s a real county or something like that in Ireland, but it was never mentioned in the show.
My guess is that they threw out that title since it sounded too much like The Enchanted Laboratory, and they may have removed any references to Duneen, since it was no longer part of the title.

I don't know when it happened, but Pot o' Gold is no longer full of horny fairy statues! I wonder if they got complaints?
Looks like they're cutting down the beautiful vegetation covered eating area... 
They've had to do this before when the vines got to be too overgrown. As long as they rebuild and replant, this is a good thing.
They cut back the Wisteria every year. It'll grow back. It's pretty resilient.
