I mean we'll probably visually see something. They may be wrapping the bridge legs to match better with Finnegan's? That would be my guess.

This might have something to do with the wood being underwater after heavy rainfall lately.

But wouldn't that wood have been underwater when it was sitting in the steam that used to run under there before FF construction?

I think it's more likely that routine inspections showed early signs of support deterioration and so they are proactively reinforcing it.

Noticed tonight the bathrooms near the magic shop had signs on them that they closed at 9:30? Who the heck closes bathrooms?

As a former Area Host Lead for Ireland, I had never closed a bathroom, but I could either guess that they were low staffed/only one male host and decided to close a bathroom early as to make closing procedures easier on everyone. Or the bathroom had a leak/other maintenance issue and they couldn't get it fixed for the night. Plus there are two bathrooms in Ireland's village and a bathroom in the stables.

I was at the park since 9:30a today, and those signs were up as early as 10:30a this morning. Used that bathroom three times today and didn't notice anything. Not to say it didn't have any issues that weren't noticeable.

Now THAT is what I call quality engineering.

Worker: "How are we gonna support these beams temporarily?"

Suzie (spellcheckmeplz): "You know those wooden structures you see at commercial industrial distribution sites?"

Worker: "You mean the pallets from the garden section at Lowe's?"

Suzie: "Yes. Stack them."

(just a lil goof, no beef)
