Are we gonna be able to do all 7 houses in one night?

I think that would be a difficult task, if at all possible. I would suggest that you watch the shows in the daytime, because you probably won't have time for both after the event starts officially. My strategy for Howl-O-Scream is as follows: First, I head towards Bitten. Bitten has shorter lines when it first opens, because people usually take longer to get to that area. I assume that rule will also apply for the new "LumberHack" maze, since it's in the same general area.

Right after you are finished in Festhaus Park, go to to "Cornered". That will have a long line before it opens, but they usually get the flow going after half an hour or so. After that, it would be a good time to backtrack. Although Catacombs is the closest maze, it will have the longest lines in the middle of the evening, so wait to do that later.

Instead, go to either Cut Throat Cove or Deadline. I would start with whichever maze you want most between the two. Cut Throat Cove should be dark enough by now, and the line should be moving at a good pace. If you have to buy a single-house quick queue ticket, buy it for this at the Tempesto/Apollo's Chariot gift shop.

Now that Cut Throat Cove (if you opted to do that maze) is out of the way, head over to Deadline. This line usually moves very fast even if the queue looks full. Once this is over, you should still have some time to spare.

Since you have to go through Ireland to finish the last two mazes, check if the wait time for "Unearthed"  is still long. If so, go towards Catacombs. The line for Catacombs is usually dead (no pun intended) at the end of the night.

By now, your time will probably be running out, so hurry (don't run) to "Unearthed." The line may still be long, depending on the popularity and other various factors during that night. However, once you are in a line for something, they will not kick you out. I know there have been many cases where employees have had to leave the park at 2 AM due to the excess number of people waiting in line for mazes in that building.

Now, if you were successful, congratulations! You have completed all of the haunted houses in one night! Remember, the shows are also very good, and definitely worth seeing, but try to do those mostly before 6 PM, or you might not have time to do all of the houses without sacrificing one or two.
Makes it easier than going all the way back. Also, I would say as long as you keep moving from house to house, you should be able to get then all. Just don't stop for a beer or anything lol.

I haven't really seen an answer for this anywhere but it's probably out there. I know the media trailer for Unearthed was filmed in Tampa, but which park is championing this house? Or is neither taking a lead over the other and working in a partnership or is it an afterthought for BGW and Sea World?

If you're like me, I know all that you care about for this years HOS is the new store Blood Haus.

Pay a visit to Blood Haus™ and experience vampiric courtesy at its finest.  Tucked behind the castle’s walls is a reservoir of Howl-O-Scream goods, from frightfully fashionable apparel to haunting home goods, just waiting to be…Unearthed. Non-blood-drinking guests of Blood Haus can get a taste of the supernatural life with a selection of devilishly delicious vampire wines available.
Vampire Vogue wasn't the best store that park produced but was still up to park standards. Busch Gardens, you have our attention, impress us.

Tampa almost always takes the "championship". In order of influence; Tampa > Williamsburg > San Antonio. That being said, about half of the story was contributed by Williamsburg. Tampa doesn't really have any trees in the area around the house, however, they are doing construction work nearby. Earlier I mentioned that Williamsburg (and also SWSA I assume) will be borrowing Tampa's "venue flow" format. That format ensures that an entire story is told, regardless of the space you put it in.

So far, Tampa's biggest advantage is that what you see in the commercial is essentially what you will get. Williamsburg will basically be forced to lengthen the experience, due to the long, narrow corridors. That is why Williamsburg is putting a bigger emphasis on summoning past evils. They need more filler, whereas Tampa will probably get straight to the point.

I actually think it will even out between Tampa and Williamsburg, but San Antonio is a bit more doubtful.

So, Going this Saturday. The bring a free friend ticket saved me $77 dollars. Im satisfied so far, im still debating if i should eat in park.
On Saturday i will be posting photos all day on my social media accounts, for more current photos it would be on my Snapchat. Later ill post some here on the forums, and so on.

What I have seen from Tampa's Unearthed experience looks promising. There seem to be about different categories of characters. They had archaeologists at the beginning that use a clipboard scare just like in Windego Woods. There were a few creatures that looked very cool. Also, they had victims, most of which were missing eyes. Then they have the icons, which I don't know much about yet. If Williamsburg uses any of this, it will be a great experience.

Williamsburg hardly EVERS does details like Tampa, Tampa is at a higher level than Williamsburg.
I believe this is because it is a premier event for Tampa. Tampa has to compete with Halloween Horror nights and the like. From a business standpoint they cant come at it half-assed. Because i would think they need to be on the same level if not above Universal. To make any kinda money on an event like that. BGW is a different entity altogether. Yes they compete with KD during Haunt but neither event is meant to really compete with a thing like Halloween Horror Nights( not that HHN is better by any means, i have never been so i cant say that but i would think with a company like Universal people expect more.) Now i think from a setting standpoint that in some cases BGW, doesn't need a ton of detail if they just better used the natural settings they have. Hopefully Lumberhack uses this well. Being in the dark in the woods can be scary enough if you know how to use it wisely. Im still really excited to see what this year brings. No its probably never going to be as detailed as Tampa. But in some cases i dont think it really has to be(even though id like it to be )

Deadline is probably the closest we will get to Tampa quality for a while. Although Oak Island helped with that one, it didn't have the signature cheap/random look of some of their other products. I think Oak Island does a great job with helping the park set up events, but I think it would be great if the park could break free of them for designing houses.

Tampa used them for a long time, but breaking away from them, and getting other vendors to work with the park was a major turning point for Tampa. I don't know if Williamsburg designed the new houses mostly in-house or not, but if they did, then they can slowly break away from relying on one contractor. I think this could be the best thing to happen here, but it could take a while for them to build up the quality enough to split ways.

I'm not completely familiar with Oak Island is that a company they only use for HOS or is it for all their themed events?

The company helps them set up for pretty much all of their special events. They are great at helping the park with planning an itinerary to get everything set up in time. Busch Gardens almost always gives them the initial design, but they help to set it up, and they often try to sell some of their products on the side. That, in my opinion, is where the problem lies with Howl-O-Scream. For example, most of the houses probably wouldn't have so many problems with random dangling objects, such as camo netting, if that company wasn't so insistent on selling the park things that they don't need.

Tampa used to use them for Howl-O-Scream. Now, they only use them for Chritmas Town. Tampa contracts a variety of outside vendors. The overarching vendor that they initially chose gives less restrictions than Oak Island as to being able to find the best deals. That led to them being able to give the contract to the highest bidder for different elements in each house.
